VIDEO: “Great Coca-Cola TV Commercial for Ramadan Promoting Diversity”

To highlight the importance of never judging a book by its cover, Coca-Cola Middle East came out with an ad for Ramadan that will touch your heart.

They sat six strangers in a dark room, had them speak about their interests, and then asked the others to make guesses about how they looked. Then, they turned the lights on and shocked everyone. We see so many examples of broken stereotypes every day, it’s a wonder we still judge people for how they look. For example, no one believed that this 500-pound man would be able to sing, but he proved them wrong as soon as he sang the first note! The participants in this experiment got their own beautiful dose of reality when they saw who they were talking to as well.
